While the development of players is at the core of our philosophy, we have always believed that we have a responsibility for the all-round education of our young players as we prepare them not only for soccer but for life after soccer a truly holistic approach. We develop players technical and tactical aspects of their game while learning key life skills centered around the North East Reds Academy core values of Ambition, Commitment, Dignity and Unity.

North East Reds is a North East region affiliate of SoCal Reds FC, based in Irvine, California. Our mission is to be the world leader in the development of children through soccer. We create valuable life lessons, unique opportunities and extraordinary experiences while being authentic in every aspect of our youth coaching operation.​
